Multistrorey residential building with trade shops - Veliko Tarnovo

Ōhe project presents five-floors residential building with trade shops. The entire first floor is designed for trade areas, four floors are residential and the last one is the attic floor. The structure is monolithic, reinforced concrete and consists of beamless slabs, columns and anti-earthquakes walls.
The faņade is made of brick masonry with heat insulation BAUMIT. The glazing is PVC joinery.
The building consists of 57 flats, and it is organized with three entrances. The flats include: entrance hall, bedroom, kitchen, dining-room and living-room designed into two premises or in one whole space, WC, hanging closet and terraces.
The service of the building for each of the three entrances is with stairs and hydraulic elevator.
The roof is flat with inside and outside drainage.
