LIDL Supermarket - Sliven
The site has one floor with a built-up area of 1 742 ì2 and includes a trade hall, a zone for night reception of merchandise, a zone for daily reception of mer-chandise, administrative-household and technical premises, and an open air parking with 135 parking spaces.
The construction of the site is monolithic with reinforced concrete columns and horizontal reinforced concrete layers.
Facade walls are massive and non-bearing, executed by brick wall. The glazed parts on the facades are made of aluminium with interrupted thermal bridge.
In the technical facilities the flooring is concrete, and in the trade hall it is made from ceramic tiles laid on by vibration method.
In the technical facilities the ceiling is visible reinforced concrete, and in all other premises it is made by mineral fibreboard suspended raster ceiling. The roof is made from steel bearing beams, high-profile iron sheets and steam insu-lation from polyethylene film, thermal insulation by rock-wool and hydro-insulation membrane TPO.
