The PENNY market chain is a part of the German-owned REWE GROUP, which includes also the supermarkets BILLA, STANDA, MERKUR, Ñash & Ñarry, the specialized construction and household stores Òoom, tourist of-fices, etc.

The site has a built-up area of 1 287 m2 and includes a parking with 79 parking spaces. The construction is prefabricated with reinforced concrete foun dations, columns, beams and capitals.
The inner space is separated into the shopping area, stores and ancillary facilities, technical and household premises. The outer walls are made from polyurethane panels. The ceiling design in all areas except the technical, it was solved by suspended mineral fiber plates. Roof of the building is made from LT sheet iron having high bending profile T150, mineral wool and waterproofing membrane. Refrigeration and storage facilities are built with walls and ceilings made of thermo sandwich type panels.
