The site has a built-up area of 1 975 m2. The whole space includes a trade hall consisting of an entrance and shopping area, a zone for night reception of merchandise, a zone for daily reception of merchandise, administrative-household and technical premises. There are 124 parking spaces in the open air parking. The construction of the site is monolithic with reinforced concrete columns and horizontal reinforced concrete layers. Facade walls are massive and non-bearing, executed by brick wall with bricks Leitl Vital Energy N+F. The glazed parts on the facades are made of aluminium with interrupted thermal bridge. In the technical facilities the flooring is concrete, and in the trade hall it is made from ceramic tiles laid on by vibration method. Office and technical premises are filled with suspended raster ceiling.
