The site has one floor and includes a trade hall, a zone for night reception of merchandise, a zone for daily reception of merchandise, administrative-household and technical premises and parking.
The construction is monolithic with reinforced concrete columns and horizontal reinforced concrete layers. Facade walls are massive and executed by brick wall, Leitl bricks. The glazed parts on the facades are made of aluminium with interrupted thermal bridge.
