The building site has total built-up area of 44 000 m2. The former Sila factory in Yambol (22 000m2) is transformed into a Spinning factory. The area of 22 000m2 is a newly constructed, including an Energy Storing Department, Warehouse Department, Dyeing Department and Purifying Station. The Spinning Factory is differentiated as a large hall with four production premises (wool, cotton, carding machines and Warehouse Department). The Warehouse Department - 2 500m2 is constructed as a one-storey building with dimensions 108.50x24.40 and height 8.00m. The construction is fulfilled with prefabricated concrete elements. The project has also an Energy Department: Steam Station, Dyeing Kitchen, Water Preparation, with dimensions 104x18.The area of Dyeing Department is 19 700m2. It includes premises for Yarn treatment and Warehouse department. It is the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula considering its dimensions. A Purifying Station with total area of 2 800m2 is built. The flooring of the buildings is finely ground concrete. The project has three independent Power Stations and 10 Air-conditioned Cameras, supplied with anti-fire equipment.
