The site has an all-out built-up area of 2 490 m2 and comprises two functional parts - an administrative building and a logistic base, having a warm connection.

The administrative building has four storeys and is implemented according to the TRIMO-RASTER facade system having a basic module. At the level there are courier, guard's and managerial premises, as well as a cafe and sanitary knots. At the next level there are work offices solved as separate units. The external walls of the administrative part are heat-insulated and filled with gas-concrete. The roof construction is made of steel concrete and is of the warm-roof type. The fencing walls are made on the Trimo-Raster facade system on the outside and plaster-carton on the inside. The ceiling is made of plaster-carton and Armstrong. The walls of the sanitary premises are combine faience and sprayed plaster. The covering is made from granite grease. The external wall is aluminium. The façade materials include coating stone, granite and panels.

The logistic base comprises a sorting centre, a palette store and a public section. The construction is steel-made and frame-type. The facade is solved with cant-installed panels. The production hall is wrapped in fire-resistant sandwich panels with rock-wool according to the TRIMO system. The public section comprises a common corridor connected with the palette store and the sorting centre. The lighting is natural and there is chimney and ventilation equipment and Caduro openable roof domes. The palette store is separated from the rest of the building with Brandmauer and built from gas-concrete. The roof of the production facility is layer-mounted, comprising metal, steam-insulation and a hydro-insulation membrane.
